HIGH FIVE

I just finished a quick read of " Secrets of Success and Pillars of self - mastery " by Robin Sharma .

Great thoughts , My High 5 would be :

  1. Sleep for no more than 6.5 ( Target 6 ) hours and try finish eating 2 ( Target 3 ) hours before sleep.
  2. Walk for at least 45 minutes daily , learn swimming and entering half marathon next year.
  3. Enhance concentration : Stare at Seconds hand of the watch for 2 minutes and Count my steps while walking
  4. Master the art of public speaking
  5. Try fasting one day every two weeks.
