HIGH FIVE
I just finished a quick read of " Secrets of Success and Pillars of self - mastery " by Robin Sharma .
Great thoughts , My High 5 would be :
- Sleep for no more than 6.5 ( Target 6 ) hours and try finish eating 2 ( Target 3 ) hours before sleep.
- Walk for at least 45 minutes daily , learn swimming and entering half marathon next year.
- Enhance concentration : Stare at Seconds hand of the watch for 2 minutes and Count my steps while walking
- Master the art of public speaking
- Try fasting one day every two weeks.
