Performance Appraisals At The Home Inc.

Not sure how many of u cook for your family but I do it for my kids . That's the time when I am most nervous , keep hoping - the ingredients are right , not spicy ,they r hungry enough to cherish it , presentation is good , served in right cutleries , whether it'll pass my nutritionist wife's test etc etc . The moment my kids make a gesture - "Yummeeeeee" - I feel elated n promoted. Guys - there is one place to perform ie Home Inc. Happy Appraisals !Tweet

"Efforts we put" n "Results we get" are two of the most randomly related factors I have ever seen . Sanjay Leela Bhansali , chose the most promising new comers , talented music director , best of set designers , put his heart n soul - u know what happened to sawaria . Lesson for 2010 , while u put your best efforts , don't forget to enjoy the journey , as u never know what will be the result . This happens all the time -while jogging,strolling in your neighbourhood,walking in your office(esp if its big),coffee shop, restaurant , shopping malls etc etc - you see a person , he / she looks at you and you start thinking -

hmmm looks familiar

Do i know him

Where we have met before

Know but never introduced

and by the time you decide "to pass a smile" you loose the very precious eye contact with the person .

Well it important to recollect but smile can be passed immediately - its doesn't cost anything even if you don't know the person at all .
